After two days of all in the house, except me, being sick with runny entrances and exits to their GI tracts, I feel like I'm ready for things to go back to normal.
It's Veteran's Day, and I have the day off. I think the Gatti-playdate is off for us to keep others from living in such conditions that require daddy to perform more duties than usual, which mommy would be thankful for, in any case.
Nevertheless, I am thankful for a day off.
